SUNN O))) "MVYMR - Red/White" Custom Embroidered Bomber Jacket

SUNN O))) are pleased to present the MAXIMUM VOLUME YIELDS MAXIMUM RESULTS bomber jacket in collaboration with Evil Greed as the newest member of our premier merch/embroidery series.

Custom design fit, made with high-quality materials and produced in a limited edition. Back is a large embroidered O))) symbol and the declaration of amplitude: MAXIMUM VOLUME YIELDS MAXIMUM RESULTS. This declaration has appeared on the sleeves of nearly all of the O))) albums dating back to 1999, and represents an overall philosophy, for us in kin to Shoshin (初心), deeply relative to O))) ethos.

Like everyone else in the world, when Kenneth Anger released the now-legendary “Lucifer” bomber, he hit us with a smash. We have always wanted to create something as timeless, appropriate and cool. So have a lot of other bands and labels out there… because once again, the great Anger was not only ahead of the game but poetic and profoundly inspiring in the pop account of esotericism and the falling stars.

The problems with stock bomber jackets abound … so when we finally reached the point of creating something in this category, together with our friends at Evil Greed, we redesigned the bomber itself.

The O))) MVYMR bomber is a sick, unique, special product which is hand sewn and assembled.

O))) & EG will initially produce the bomber to the demand of the presale period, capped at 250 copies of each color-way.

They were designed by Stephen O’Malley in collaboration with Pascal Thönnißen, with the advice of Brice Partouche/Satisfy & Kali Malone.

The embroidery series is a step we decided to take to bring a more open and inclusive merch product out there around our band, built on high-quality, sustainable garments with embroidery and attention to minimalist detail. Not only were these created for the many fans we are fortunate to have who are not necessarily embedded in the music world, who may look for something to wear beyond our classic merch designs … but also something a bit higher quality for everyone across the board. The embroidery series also brings the essence to the logo and O))) in itself, the source of resonance, our identity and iconography.
